(NEW YORK 9/13/12) -- John DeMairo, President & CEO of Segal Rogerscasey announced that David Pappalardo has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and head of the Advisors Solutions Group. The Advisors Solutions Group provides, through financial intermediaries, access to Segal Rogerscasey’s institutional quality research on investment managers, portfolio structure, and asset allocation and enables clients to build customized independent solutions for high net worth and retail investors.
Mr. Pappalardo is working out of the Darien office and reporting to John DeMairo, President & CEO and Timothy R. Barron, Chief Investment Officer.
Mr. DeMairo said, “We are very pleased that David has joined our firm to help us expand the services and investment solutions that respond to the unique needs of our financial services clients. Mr. Barron added, “We are excited to have David return to work with his Rogerscasey colleagues. David has wide experience and deep knowledge in this sector.”
Mr. Pappalardo has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Global Relationship Management Leader for GE Asset Management in Stamford, CT. Prior to that, Mr. Pappalardo was Director, Investment Consulting for Rogerscasey. He has also worked at Amerivest Advisory Corporation, Prudential Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Pappalardo is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).
